Sarawak Digital and Connectivity Day signifies SDEC’s commitment in digitalising Sarawak and its efforts. Through Sarawak Digital and Connectivity Day, SDEC will be introducing MySDEC application (MySDEC App) which was operationalised in August 2023. The MySDEC App is a lifestyle app designed exclusively for Sarawak Rural Broadband Network (MySRBN) users where its key features include Account, Registration and Management, Real-Time Information Updates for Subscribers as well as Digital Services such as Sarawak Pay Global, online banking, links to Sarawak Government services, and others.

Additionally, SDEC will also introduce the new package of home prepaid for MySRBN, the Sarawak Linking Urban, Rural, and Nation (SALURAN), an initiative that provides internet access to the rural and remote communities as well as other digital initiatives and awareness programmes.
